Pink Amour Boutique offers urban costume jewelry, accessories and clothing for a reasonable price. Please be mindful that the costume jewelry is NOT authentic. Therefore, if not handled with care the jewelry is capable of breaking, changing colors etc. If you are allergic to costume jewelry, please do not make a purchase from Pink Amour Boutique. Pink Amour Boutique will NOT be held responsible for any allergic reactions due to wearing the costume jewelry. Our main focus is to provide the best customer service as possible and to make our customers happy.

Payment Policy
We accept VISA / MASTERDCARD/ AMERICAN EXPRESS/  DISCOVER/ PAYPAL etc. to place your order. Note that you have 14 days to notify us of any damages from the shipment date, which is the date YOU received the item. Check your order over before you place them. If there is a problem please contact customer service at info@pinkamourboutique.com. 

Returns Policy 

Pink Amour Boutique has a 14 day huddle free return policy. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

LIPGLOSS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. For any discrepancies/damages, please be sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery/receipt, or we will not be able to honor your request.

Please read the product description before placing an order. Shipping times vary based on the products availability. Due to high demand, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
